The M4000 Standard multiple light beam safety device from SICK protects a perimeter up to 70 meters with beam spacing of 300, 400, 450, 500, and 600 mm.

The M4000 is ideal for guarding robot cells, manufacturing cells, an opening in a fence, and more. Using corner mirrors enables the M4000 to protect up to 4-sided applications, such as for an entire robot cell (360-degree protection). This new perimeter guard enables fast installation and easy commissioning – with no PC required. The integrated LED status indicator mounted on the end cap is visible from any direction, saving time. The available integrated laser alignment aids further simplify commissioning and can provide dramatic improvements in production uptime.
