Operating systems supported by VME and VXI products, all types, include DOS, Windows® 95/98, Windows® NT, Windows® 2000, Linux, Solaris®, QNX®, VxWorks®, LynxOS®, and none.  Certifications commonly granted to VME and VXI products include CE or FCC certification.  This ensures that the card conforms with the American requirements of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and with the European CE Marking (Conformite Europeene or European Conformity) system, which is helpful for exports to the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
